Responsible for daily operation of CNC lathes, including but not limited to the following:

1. According to the production plan, accurately execute the production task, including the machining degree, adjusting the tool, etc.;

2. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the lathe, maintain the accuracy and stability of the lathe;

3. Responsible for the preparation and replacement of tools to ensure the stability of tools in the production process;

4. Responsible for recording the machining records of the lathe, and the handover needs to be accurate when the shift is changed;

5. Responsible for implementing the production plan, ensuring the production schedule, and dealing with the problems in the production process in time.

1. Have a high school education or above, with the corresponding numerical control technology knowledge;

2. Have the practical operation experience of CNC lathe, familiar with the relevant safety operation procedures;

3. Have good psychological quality, good communication skills and team spirit;

4. Adapt to work pressure, have a certain ability to work under pressure;

5. Can use measuring tools, can read drawings, can debug products independently.
